I have seen the future and friends, it’s not a pretty picture!  This morning I decided to take my Dr.’s advice and start supplementing my vitamin regime with niacin.  Niacin is vitamin B-3 and it is supposed to help lower cholesterol by creating the “good” cholesterol.
