‘Happiness’ is never a permanent state. No sense to imagine achieving it.
1. ‘Joy’ and ‘delight’ are spontaneous; and you’ll feel those when willingly, you do things for self or others. (“willingly” the operative word)
2. Joy and delight happens when first beholding beauty in nature or some human created art form.
Instead of trying to define or achieve ‘happiness,’ live for contentment with your decisions and actions and for the pleasant awe to be found around you.
