The Perfect Thanksgiving Exercise

I actually wrote a whole article about parents and kids and exercise and by the time I got to the end I realised it had nothing to do with what is really important right now. In fact it made me appreciate that we spend so much time focusing on physical exercise that we sometimes forget to exercise other aspects of ourselves.

So, this time of year, the most important thing to exercise is your sense of gratitude, your sense of thanks, for all that you have.

So many people are going through tough times right now that all of us have to stand back and truly appreciate what we have.

Good friends, good family, good health.

The rest is incidental.

For those gifts we should truly give thanks.
