It was a late night last night, we had dinner in the hinterlands and got home very late. I told Mr. McCormack that I would write Workout Wednesday this morning. However, I have a better idea.
As you know, Workout Wednesday is about finding new ways to exercise, finding new exercises to add to your workout. So how about this idea.
Every Wednesday we give you ideas about what you can do to get a little workout in, so today why don’t you give us your ideas about your favorite exercise! Send us your ideas! They should be something that you can do at home or outside that uses minimal equipment. You could give us ideas like jumping rope for 15 minutes straight or doing jumping jacks 20 in 3 sets!
Give it a try and if you can’t think of anything, try the above!

Hula hoop for 20 minutes with the radio on. Really! They do it in pilates class, so why not at home?
