How did you lose weight? More importantly, how did you keep it off?

The problem with experts is they think they know what they are talking about. But if they did, why do they keep writing books and going on TV to tell us the same thing over and over again. I mean, if they really knew what they were talking about they would write one book and that would be that.

So we want to hear from the real weight loss experts. You. We want to know your story, what you did, what you stopped doing, what was the impetus or motivation that got you started and kept you going even when you really just wanted to give up and go back to doing what you had always done in the past.

Then we want to know how, once you lost the excess pounds, how you kept them off. After all, anyone can go on a diet and lose weight. The secret is how do you keep it off.

Tell us how you changed not just the way you eat, but the way you thought about food. Tell us how you became more active, got more exercise. And most importantly of all, tell us how you feel now that you have made all these changes, what difference has it made in your life.

So email us, tell us what you did. Send us some photos too, we would love to see how you have changed. Hopefully your stories will inspire the rest of us to make similar changes in our lives, for the rest of our lives.
